In the heart of Eikenhof Estate lies our breathtakingly beautiful Stellenbosch wedding venues, comprising The Pergola ceremony and Cap Classique reception venues. It’s in these venues, that we design bespoke wedding experiences for our clients, guaranteeing a day that will be as romantic as unforgettable.
The Pergola Ceremony Venue
As its name describes, The Pergola is a wooden pergola where your most memorable moments will begin, captured under the unique setting of this artfully rustic structure, which leads to the main entrance of Cap Classique reception venue.
The ceremony canopy is a mixture of natural wooden beams engulfed in vines, which is encapsulated by the softness of a white flowing draping, set against the backdrop of rolling hills, covered in vineyards. The sides of the ceremony area are framed by natural stone gabion walls, which are capped with hardwood slates. The entire structure is illuminated by artfully placed strip lights to create a unique fairy-tale feel during the evening.
Cap Classique Reception Venue
The romantic and enchanting Cap Classique reception venue has been aptly named to capture its timeless elegance and sophistication. Fully air-conditioned and equipped with backup power, Cap Classique is both practical and luxurious. The true magic of this versatile function space lies in its stunning features: magnificent chandeliers, sunken bulkheads with mood lighting, and a large indoor fireplace that creates a warm and festive ambiance. It is the perfect backdrop for your wedding celebration.
Adjacent to the main venue, a covered patio awaits, complete with its own fireplace, perfect for intimate
moments with your loved ones. The expansive lawn area, situated between the pergola, patio, and main venue, is an ideal area to set up a marquee or stretch tent adding an extended layer of intrigue and ambiance to the festivities. With the capacity to accommodate up to 120 guests indoors, Cap Classique is the perfect setting for your magical day, where love and beauty intertwine to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Accommodation for your special day
Our Estate boasts two exceptional accommodation retreats, each offering a luxurious and indulgent stay. In total, there are nine beautifully appointed rooms available, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay
for your guests.
The Château, our first retreat, is a spacious and elegant four-bedroom guest villa that is fully equipped with en-suite bathrooms, an open plan kitchen, and a stylish dining room. The large yet inviting lounge is
complete with a cosy fireplace, making it the perfect place to unwind during the winter months. Guests can also enjoy the patio area, which features an undercover braai and a Jacuzzi, providing a delightful experience throughout all seasons.
The Château’s rooms are fully air-conditioned and decorated with a tasteful blend of soft, neutral tones and playful spots of colour and texture in the fabrics. Our guests can expect to find all the luxurious amenities that one would expect from a high-end accommodation experience.
For those staying in the villa, we offer the choice of a self-catering arrangement or the services of our private chef, or even a combination of both.
Our second retreat, the Manor House, boasts five fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a private entrance and en-suite bathroom.
The common areas of the Manor House include a beautifully furnished lounge with a welcoming fireplace, dining room and an undercover braai area on the open patio.
The Manor House also overlooks our sparkling swimming pool with a tranquil water feature, where guests can cool off during the hot summer months or enjoy a relaxing poolside cocktail function. Catering is available on request for guests staying in the Manor House.
However, should all five rooms be booked exclusively, the facilities are also suitable for self-catering. In addition to our main accommodation offerings, we also provide the option of luxury tented accommodation on our expansive lawns for those who seek an exclusive use of the Estate and additional accommodation.
Catering for your wedding
At Eikenhof Estate, we believe in the power of delicious cuisine to create unforgettable memories. That’s why we’ve partnered with the highly esteemed local chef, Chef Renshaw Adams, known for his bubbly personality and creative flair.
Chef Renshaw specializes in producing delightful cuisine and extraordinary presentations, making him the perfect choice for wedding celebrations held at our Estate.
Our approach to every wedding is personalized and tailored to suit the individuality of each couple. Therefore, we take pride in offering custom-made menu experiences to meet the unique requirements and personal preferences of the bride and groom.
Regrettably, we do not permit external caterers or private catering at our Estate. We believe in providing our guests with the highest quality of service and cuisine, which is why we entrust the culinary experience of our weddings to our highly skilled and experienced in-house team.
Our team is dedicated to creating an unparalleled dining experience, ensuring that your special day is unforgettable in every way.
Tastings
On request, we do offer tastings for the bridal couple (2 guests) once the wedding is confirmed and secured by means of the booking fee & signed contract letter.
Tastings can be done during weekdays only from Tuesdays to Thursdays between 11h00 and 18h00, by prior arrangement and subject to the Chef’s availability.
